About Us

Established in 1980, SEMTECH ELECTRONICS LIMITED is one of the Largest Semiconductor Manufacturers in the world, and our maximum daily capacity are 180KK. It has more than 1800 employees, including 130 engineers (approx. ). The factory size is 93,000㎡(approx. ).

We have over 130 engineers to maintain and improve production systems and processes, develop new products, work with customers for design-in projects, and explore and deploy new technologies.

We formed a strategic partnership with our wafer suppliers, we can develop tailor made product to satisfy customers need shortly. To meet the rapidly changing market environment.

  • 80’s

  • SEMTECH started distribute semiconductor in 1980. Established its factory in PRC for the production of DIP glass type Diodes in 1989

  • 1994

  • Established factory in Dongguan, and worked with ITT Intermetall (Germany) for the production of Transistors in new Factory.

  • 2003

  • Established a new plant with approx. 140 acres in Dongguan, and started the production of SOD series diodes

  • 2005

  • Started the production of SOT-23, SOT-323 & SOT-89 series

  • 2006

  • Started to supply TO-220 , TO-251 & TO-252 series power transistors

  • 2007

  • Started the production of V-Chip Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor.

  • 2009

  • Started the production of DO-213AA series diodes.

  • 2010

  • Started to produce DO-213AB, SOD-723 & SOT-523 series.

  • 2012

  • Started to supply SOT-26 & SOT-363 series.

  • 2013

  • Started to supply DFN1006, SOD-123FL, SOD-123HE, SOD-323HE, & TO-277 series.

  • 2014

  • Started to supply DFN1608 & TO-277A series.

  • 2015

  • Started to supply DFN0603 & SMAF series.

  • 2016

  • Started to supply ABF, DFN2010, DFN2510, DFN3030, DFN3810 , DFN5515 & SOT-563 series.

  • 2017

  • We started DFN1610 series and TO-220, TO-220F, TO-220FB & TO-252 MOSFETs production.

  • 2018

  • Started to supply DFN1308 & DFN2020 Series

  • 2019

  • Started to supply DFN5060 , SOT-223 and TO-220 MOSFETs

  • 2020

  • Started to supply TO-247, TO-263 & QFN2020 IC products.

  • 2021

  • New factory & office construction will be complete in 2021
